About West Cornwall

|
| St Michael's Mount |
The Land's End Peninsula and the far West of Cornwall has a surprising
variety of scenery, actitivities and attractions. For the more energetic
amongst you, stride out on a walk to the sheltered and peaceful Cot Valley with its charming rock pools, or take one of the
many footpaths to Carn Gloose or Cape Cornwall where the dramatic coastline meets rolling Atlantic waves. This National
Trust landmark is just over a mile away.
Beach lovers need travel no further than the glorious golden sands at Sennen Cove and Gwenver. Only three
miles south along the coast road, relax on the expansive beach, or swim and surf to build up a good appetite for lunch at
The Beach cafe.
Going further out and about in West Cornwall visit St Michael's Mount and
Marazion, St Ives and The Tate art gallery, Porthcurno and The Minack Theatre, the sheltered harbour of Porthleven, Gweek
Seal Sanctuary, Newlyn, Mousehole, Penzance and Land's End.
There is so much to do within a very short drive,
bus ride, walk or cycle ride from St Just.
