1 Bethany Place is accessed via a walled suntrap patio with a set of garden dining furniture.
There is an outside tap ideal for washing off muddy boots or sand.

Downstairs, from the patio, doors lead to a new
and superbly equipped kitchen diner with washing machine, separate tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, hob, fan oven,
under counter fridge and separate freezer.

The dining area, with table and chairs, leads to a spacious and relaxing sitting room with TV
(with Sky), DVD player, CD /stereo and electric stove heater.

Upstairs, the rooms are accessed through lovely hand-made
latched doors. There are two delightful bedrooms with built in storage. There is one double room and
one twin room with comfortable and full size 3ft stowaway twin beds.

The bathroom is newly fitted and has a bath with shower over, toilet and basin.
Accessibility: The accommodation downstairs is
accessed on the level from the lane. The doors upstairs are slightly narrower than standard doors along with the stairs
which are slightly narrower than standard stairs.
Parking there is space to drop off your belongings
in the lane directly outside the cottage (the lane is narrow, but can fit an estate car or 4x4) and parking is in
the free town car park a short walk away.
Reached by a quiet no through lane leading to farmland and
countryside, the cottage is a short stroll away from shops, galleries, cafes and pubs and is just over a mile from the stunning
Atlantic coastline at Cape Cornwall.
Dogs are very welcome at 1 Bethany Place.

To ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible there are no meters and no extra charges. Prices
are inclusive of electricity, heating, linen and towels. 1 Bethany Place operates a Friday changeover and is available
from 4pm on your arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on your departure day.

Dogs
are welcome by arrangement at no additional charge however a charge may be made if damage is caused.
- All linen, towels (1 bath, 1 hand towel per person plus cloakroom
and kitchen towels), tea towels and electricity are included.
All beds have a duvet and two pillows per person. Spare pillows and blankets are available.
There is no phone available at the property,
but there is a good signal for most mobile phones and a payphone is a short walk away.
At 1 Bethany Place there is space to drop off your belongings
outside the property and free car parking in the town car park a short walk away.
1 Bethany Place has central heating throughout with hot water provided from a tank.
There is currently no broadband access at the cottage, but there is a Wifi hotspot within a couple
of minutes at the Commercial Hotel in St Just.
