Kenidjack View is located on the western edge of St Just and has
stunning views across farmland and moor to the Atlantic coast. Conveniently situated on the
outskirts of the town, a short stroll from pubs, cafes, shops and galleries, and less than one mile from the coast path, this
modern end of terrace has fabulous views, provides a comfortable and relaxing home from home and is well equipped for
a wonderful holiday.

Kenidjack view is
accessed through a gate into the garden.
Downstairs
From the front door you enter a useful porch where you can leave coats and boots.
An internal door leads to comfortable
lounge with sofa and armchairs, TV (with Freeview), DVD player and video. There is a storage cupboard under the stairs with
vacuum, iron and ironing board and other essentials. From the lounge go through to the kitchen diner with views through
the sun lounge out to sea.
The kitchen diner has a large table and chairs and is equipped with washing machine,
microwave, cooker, fridge and separate freezer.
Stunning views can be enjoyed best from the sun lounge at the
rear where there is a bed settee that can be used to sleep one additional adult or two small children.

Upstairs Two comfortable bedrooms
- a lovely double room with views to the sea, and a spacious twin room with large built in wardrobes.
There is
a shower room with instant hot shower, toilet and basin.

Outside From the sun lounge step outside to the raised
deck with table and chairs to enjoy a relaxing evening with a glass of wine while watching the sun set. Outside there is also
a lawned and gated area to the rear and side of the house which backs directly on the farmland.
Parking is on
street in the no through close.
Accessibility: The garden is accessed via two steps down just inside
the gate and the accommodation is accessed via two steps from the garden to the front door.
