Location and Directions
St Just in Penwith is approximately 4 miles from Land's End, 1 mile from the coast at Cape Cornwall,
and 6 miles from the lively town of Penzance. From
the A30 skirting around Penzance, follow the A3071 towards St Just then follow the individual directions for each property.

For Lebanon Cottage (postcode TR19 7HA) - Follow the A3071
right into the centre of St Just. turn right into the Market Square. You will see a Warrens bakers and the Kings Arms pub
in the far corner. Take the road between the two and continue past the church. You will see a large house in front of you
and it looks like a dead end, but carry on down and you will find the road opens out in to a small square. Lebanon can be
seen on your right hand side to the left of the field gate. Please park up in front of the white garage door, come through
the wooden gate to the left of the cottage. You will find two further wooden gates inside. We are to the left - please ring
the bell on the gate post - the cottage is the gate to the right. If you have not been to Lebanon Cottage before, and you
arrive in the dark, it is easier to park up outside then give us a call and we can come out and get you.
For 1 Bethany Place (postcode TR19 7HB) -
Follow the A3071 right into the centre of St Just, just before you enter the Market Square, take a sharp right along the lane
to the right of McFadden's the butchers and to the left of a cafe. Turn up this lane and follow it for about 50 yards
and you will see 1 Bethany Place on your left hand side. For Kenidjack View
(postcode TR19 7UA) - Follow the A3071 right into the centre of St Just, and drive straight through the Market Square, and
take the first left by the clock tower on to Cape Cornwall Road, then the immediate second right down Boswedden Road. Follow
this road for a short distance to a small crossroads. Go straight across, past the school and the road bends to the right.
Take the right turning into Pednandrea. Kenidjack View is number 11, on the left, and is the corner plot of the small
close.
For The Store (postcode TR19 7HA) - Follow the A3071 right
into the centre of St Just, and turn right into the Market Square. You will see a Warrens bakers and the Kings Arms pub in
the far corner. Take the road between the two. The Store is on the right hand side opposite the church.
For Bartinney Barns (postcode TR19 7RR) - From Penzance
take the St Just road the A3071. At the crossroads at the bottom of the hill just outside St Just take the left fork sign
posted Sancreed. Take the 2nd right, a single track road towards Dowran. Continue for under a mile through the hamlet
of Dowran then immediately down a steep hill and up the other side. Facing you is our sign to Bartinney Barns and our
farm track is on your left. Continue up the track for 1/3 of a mile and then our second sign directs you to the right and
into our yard.
For Manor Farm (postcode TR20 8QN) - approximately
two miles out of Penzance on the A3071 you will come to Newbridge. Soon after the Newbridge sign, take the first left,
before the Chapel (now converted). Continue up the lane until you reach the sign for Manor Farm, just beyond Bosvenning Farmhouse
and Barn.
For those coming to Dog Agility (postcode TR19 7HA)
- turn right into the Market Square. You will see a Warrens bakers and the Kings Arms pub in the far corner. Take the road
between the two and continue past the church. You will see a large house in front of you and it looks like a dead end, but
carry on down and you will find the road opens out in to a small square. You will see a stile and a metal gate immediately
to your right - go into this field and then immediate right through a double wooden gate. Follow the path round to the dog
agility.
