Manor Farm is a beautiful and spacious 18th century granite
farmhouse that has been renovated to a high standard.
Situated down
a farm quiet lane, and sleeping up to seven, Manor Farm is ideal for family groups.
It has a large open plan living
area with woodburning stove and the added benefit of a stunning garden room with spectacular views over the surrounding
countryside and distant views to the Lizard.

Manor Farm Accommodation
Downstairs - Entering the property through a front
hall with cloakroom, the downstairs comprises a large living area with impressive fireplace and wood burning stove, and
a garden room with views over unspoilt countryside.
The fitted farmhouse kitchen has a gas fired Rayburn, gas
hob, dishwasher, microwave, larder fridge and 3 bowl belfast sink.
The dining area with large table and chairs provides the perfect place to sit and enjoy the wood burner
on chillier evenings, while the large seating area with views to the garden has comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV
with DVD player.
There is a also desk and broadband access provided for guests.
The garden room is
new addition to the original granite farmhouse and has glorious views over the countryside that surrounds the property.
There are comfortable sofas for relaxing and a dining table where you can drink a glass of wine after a day on the
beach or sightseeing while looking out over the hills to the Lizard peninsula.

Upstairs - Manor Farm has 4 bedrooms and a family bathroom.
The large master bedroom has views to the garden and countryside beyond. There is an en suite wetroom shower, toilet
and hand basin.
Three further bedrooms mean that Manor Farm is ideal for an extended family group. There is
a single and a double, both with views to the garden, plus a twin room.
The large family bathroom has
a bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin.
There is also a further toilet and hand basin downstairs, and a shower in the laundry which is particularly
handy for when you come back from the beach.
Laundry - Located in
a separate stone building immediately adjacent to the house is a heated laundry, boot and utility room with the added benefit
of a separate shower and toilet. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer and plenty of space for walking or beach
equipment or for hanging out wet clothes to dry away from the rest of the house.
Outside
Leading from the garden room, patio doors open
out to a glorious garden with patio, seating area, lawn and even a vegetable patch where you can help yourself to some fresh
garden produce.
Relax and enjoy the fresh Cornish air while gazing out over the uninterrupted views of open countryside.
The large garden backs on to the owner's land where the small herd of friendly cows will surely come and say
hello.

Manor Farm is centrally
situated in the Land's End peninsula between Penzance and St Just in the small village of Newbridge.
Just
a few minutes from the coast, Manor Farm is in the perfect location for those wishing to explore and enjoy the far
West of Cornwall.
Parking and Access
- Reached by the farm lane which leads to a parking and turning area with ample parking.
Manor Farm is a non-smoking property.
Dogs are NOT accepted at Manor Farm.
Accessibility:
The property has access directly from the parking area, there is a downstairs toilet, and a separate downstairs shower in
the laundry room, however all bedrooms are upstairs.

Manor Farm All
linen, towels (1 bath, 1 hand towel per person plus cloakroom and kitchen towels), tea towels and electricity are included. A cot is available if required, please request
this when booking. Please provide your own bedding for the cot. All beds have a duvet and two pillows per person. Spare pillows and blankets are available. There is no phone available at the property. - There is currently broadband access at the property.
