• Dogs are welcome by arrangement at no additional charge however a charge may be made if damage is caused.
• A travel cot, portable stair gate and high chair are available - ask for availability when booking. Due to limited space, the travel cot can only be used with the twin room set up as a single. Please provide your own bedding for the cot.
• All linen, towels (1 bath, 1 hand towel per person plus cloakroom and kitchen towels), tea towels and electricity are included.
• All beds have a duvet and two pillows per person. Spare pillows and blankets are available.
• There is no phone available at the property, but there is a good signal for most mobile phones and a payphone is a short walk away.
• At 1 Bethany Place there is space to drop off your belongings outside the property and free car parking in the town car park a short walk away.
• 1 Bethany Place has central heating throughout with hot water provided from a tank.
• There is currently no broadband access at the cottage, but there is a Wifi hotspot within a couple of minutes at the Commercial Hotel in St Just.
