The Store offers spacious and stylish accommodation in the heart of the friendly town of St Just. The cottage has been tastefully refurbished to provide contemporary and relaxing accommodation for four people plus one small child. The Store is located in the St Just Conservation Area, close to all amenities and open countryside. This cottage provides a perfect location from which to explore this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The Store Accommodation

The Store is accessed from a quiet no through road.

On entering the cottage you will find yourself in a spacious open plan living area equipped with comfy leather sofas, flat screen TV with Sky Freeview, DVD and stereo, plus the added benefit of an open fire for the winter months.

Adjoining the living room is a well equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a ceramic hob, fan oven, washer/ dryer and fridge with icebox.

Leading off from the open plan living area is a dining room with oak table and leather chairs. Guests can also dine at the large table in the living room if preferred.

At the other end of the dining room is a door that leads to a large wet room with relaxing shower, toilet and wash basin.

Stairs lead off the open plan living area to the bedrooms.

The spacious master bedroom has an Iron Bed Company kingside bed, storage in a wardrobe and large chest of drawers and lovely views across St Just church to open fields and the moors beyond.

The second bedroom contains two wooden 3ft beds, bedside cabinet and a wardrobe. It overlooks the sun-trap patio to the rear of the cottage.

On this floor there is also a large family bathroom with fitted cupboards. It comprises a double-ended bath with hand shower attachment, toilet and wash basin.

At the rear of the cottage is a secluded sun-trap patio with wooden garden furniture. This is accessed via the kitchen making it easy for outside dining.

Parking there is space to park one car directly outside the cottage with further free parking less than 100 yards away.
