The cottage is enclosed, along with our own property, Lebanon, within
the impressive granite walls of the old town pound. It occupies one corner of the third of an acre gardens and has its own
courtyard garden for your exclusive use.
Adjacent to the cottage are two acres of fields with views across the valley and all the amenities
St Just has to offer are a short stroll away.

1 Bethany Place is a detached granite cottage, nestled down
a quiet lane that leads directly to farmland and countryside walks, yet is conveniently situated in the heart of St Just.
The cottage has recently been completely and tastefully
refurbished and beautifully furnished. The cottage sleeps four in a twin and a double, has a lovely dining
area, a superbly appointed kitchen and a relaxing lounge.
A short walk
to pubs, shops and galleries, this charming cottage provides a real home from home. 1 Bethany
Place welcomes dogs.
